This would be funny if it were not true, but Japanese, especially on Okinawa, are often attacked by American soldiers and Marines. recently the assault and murder of a 12 year old girl by 3 American service men sparked massive island-wide protests and nearly led to the USA getting bases kicked out of Japan.
